Chamois Leather is the original Eco-Cloth! DERI2000 Chamois is made from ‘sustainable’ and ‘renewable’ materials and so is friendly to the environment.

Biodegradeable It is also Biodegradable, and we are the first manufacturer to test our product for biodegradability. Our independent tests, conducted by the British Leather Confederation (BLC) show that DERI2000 Chamois leather is totally “biodegradeable under natural biological conditions”.  Put simply, when customers come to dispose of their Chamois, it will not cause harm to the environment and will break down naturally when composted.
